TERRA X: Fascination Water (ZDF)
A flagship documentary for Germany’s ZDF, following marine biologist Uli Kunz as he explores the sustainability of fishing in Japan.
Our Role
A L’Est Japan Inc. provided comprehensive production support and logistics. Preparations began a year in advance, including a location scouting trip to Rebun Island in May to secure vital partnerships with local fishing cooperatives. During the three-week shoot in July 2023, we managed complex equipment logistics across northern Japan (Rebun), Wakayama, and the Oshika Peninsula.
